Job description
The Patient Service Representatives at Tri-State Bariatrics are the front line customer service representatives. They coordinate patients' flow within the office through multiple activities. They assist in guiding patients who are interested in bariatric surgery successfully through the pre-operative process to surgery. Clinical and non-clinical staff members rely on the multitude of tasks performed by the Patient Service Representatives to appropriately care for our patient population.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous Medical Office Experience Preferred.
Spanish speaking a plus.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Office Locations: Middletown NY and Newburgh NY
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
