Job description
Our patient relations representative will be responsible for interacting with and providing great service to our patients; including responding to questions, filling out paperwork, providing information, and serving as liaisons for our company. Answering incoming phone calls and inputting needed information into our systems. Contacting patients for verified information that is needed from other departments. Interacting with the billing department to inquire about payments.
