Patient Experience Specialist, Full Time

We are seeking candidates for an Experience Specialist. The Experience Specialist works to maintain a positive employee experience in all aspects. The Experience Specialist will be a key contributor to maintaining the in-person connection with Allied/Adjuvant employees by providing support to each location, answering employee questions, educating staff on policies, procedures, workflows and much more. The Experience Specialist will also be involved in HR functions, and it will be their responsibility to ensure that processes are completed thoroughly in a timely manner and remain organized and confidential.

The Experience Specialist primary focuses will be assisting and maintaining a positive culture and employee and patient experience at all our divisions and being a reliable and fair point of contact.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Performs related duties as required Provide excellent support to internal and external customers in-person, email, chat and phone to answer their questions
  • Assist with educating employees on standard policies and procedures when needed
  • Collaborate with the Home Office Departments, specific to: Experience, HR (Human Resources), and Operations Teams reported issues until resolution is complete
  • Serve as the liaison between our Home Office Team, staff and customers to advocate and help shape the best possible version of our company
  • Analyzes data and reporting to determine trends, patterns, and insights as needed.
  • Create and distribute documents and workflow

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 yr professional experience and/or patient/customer experience.
  • Operations experience a plus
  • Positive attitude, empathy, respect and high energy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for doing good and helping others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Must travel within Nassau, Suffolk, Orange County and 5 boroughs
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently with minimum supervision
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to directions, and must be open to ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Proficient with MS Office and Excel
  • Technical knowledge and willingness to learn new technology

Position
Requirements:

  • Allied Physicians Group and Adjuvant.Health requires all new hires to disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status upon offer of employment. Positions requiring direct patient contact will require new hires to be vaccinated for COVID-19 This is a condition of employment, unless a religious or medical exemption is approved.
  • Frequent travel to the different locations throughout Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Westchester and Upstate NY.

Compensation & Benefits offered
:
(You must work a minimum of 30 hours a week to be eligible for benefits)

Compensation: $55,000.00/yr (Negotiable, dependent upon experience)
