Role (Overview of the Position)

• Responsible for creating a connection with new patient opportunities, guiding people through the new patient journey, client management, client communication, and client retention
• Building strong relationships with potential patients
• Having a great attitude
• Creative input to enhance the operation towards continual excellence
• Jump into the fire every day and move the needle forward

Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)

• Take initiative with everything, every day!
• Able to respond quickly to lead inquiries and juggle multiple conversations at a time
• Ability to speak clearly and concisely
• Able to be empathetic when people call in to build a connection
• Extreme attention to detail
• Superb communicator
• Able to follow up consistently with new lead inquiries
• Ability to work independently

Results (Expected Accomplishments)

• Put potential patients at ease, diffuse their objections / concerns and enroll them into appointments
• Answer all questions in a timely manner
• See things through to completion (callbacks, etc.)
• Set proper expectations for patients + follow-through
• Keep accurate records of interactions with prospective patients
• Update CRM program in real-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
