Reporting Relationship:
Reports to: Nurse Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensure Required; N.C. Nurse Aide I Registry.
-BLS certification through the American Heart Association
-Previous experience as nursing assistant in hospital setting is preferred, not required.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
-High degree of self-motivation and directional initiative
-Positive attitude, demeanor and an effective team member
-Ability to work at a rapid pace with numerous interruptions
-Performs skills and competencies as defined in orientation checklist and annual departmental competency checklist if applicable
-Demonstrates and maintains competencies specific to patient population served

-Responsible for driving the SHCS culture through values and customer service standards
-Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
-Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication
-Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
