Our office is growing. If you are looking for a job in the optical field with a 4-day work-week and no weekends, this may be the job for you. We are a private practice eye doctor’s office seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Facilitator who possesses a consistent, positive attitude, has legendary customer service, is self-motivated and has an excellent work ethic. Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a high demand environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and cross train in all areas of our optometric practice. Experience preferred but will train the right candidate. Pay is based on experience.

Answer Phones

Schedule Appointments

Schedule Online Appointment Requests

Schedule Yearly Exams

Patient Check In

Patient Checkout

Patient Communication through Communication portal

Medical Records Release and Requests

Confirm Appointments

Maintain Office Forms

Cross Train in other office functions

Assist with other job duties

Minimum Job Requirements:

High School Diploma

Medical Office Experience Preferred

Customer Service/Retail Experience

Excellent written and verbal communications

Perform accurate mathematical computations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
