- Process inbound faxes according to department protocol.
- Work cooperatively with fellow employees to help make workflow efficient and timely Index.
- Review all faxed orders and clinical documentation Assist with prior authorizations.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines while maintaining confidentiality of all protected health information.
- Monitor phone, retrieve messages and relay to appropriate team members.
- Assist with calling patients for confirmation/verification when necessary.
- Assist with sending reports Should be reliable and have the ability to pay attention to detail.
