Job description
This position is designed to manage and maintain the HCAHPS program in the facility. This position acts as a liaison within the facility and environmental services for the patients in the Healthcare setting. Must be engaged, friendly, outgoing, and willing to go the extra mile to serve our patient's needs. Call Garrett @ 941-268-2873 if interested.
Responsibilities
- Monitor HCAHPS scores and assess current action plans for improvement. Provide weekly HCAHPS reports with detailed review.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Create reports and monitor trending to utilize action plan implementation.
- Round on patients admitted within the last 24 hours. Goal in rounding is to assess current satisfaction levels after admit and educate the patient on expected service levels.
- Follow up with management daily to recover satisfaction with patient when satisfaction is less than excellent and ensure issues are resolved.
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required.
- Respond to manager pages.
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by department manager.

- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
- Knowledge of English language
- High school degree
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
