Job description
Position: Patient Care Advisor- Remote
The PCA position, (Patient Care Advisor), serves as an assistant to our medical providers by sending reminders to pts about their upcoming appointment. PCAs are responsible for generating and sending lab scripts to pts. PCAs also assist pt with scheduling lab appts. They are also responsible for documenting the interaction of the visit and will also schedule and/or reschedule pt appointments if necessary.
The ideal candidate: History of customer service, team player, ability to take initiative, professional and courteous.
Necessary equipment: Cell phone with the ability to use the Whatsapp platform. Desktop or laptop computer with a good internet connection.
Schedule: Ability to work from home. Minimum of 20-30 hrs a week, up to 40 hrs a week. Shifts are 4 or 8 hrs with some flexibility.
Pay: Starting rate is $18- $20/Hr. No benefits available at the moment.
