- Produce consistent, quality seasonal dishes in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive influence to the team and work well under pressure while also providing a welcoming work environment that increases staff morale.
- Support Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Working knowledge and passion for classic French pastry techniques
- Have experience or a desire to learn more about pastry, including plating, production, and some events.
- Prepare and execute key components of seasonal dishes while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
- Wanting to be apart of a small yet diverse pastry program
- This position will work as needed. This is a PM line pastry cook position 3
- ability to manage time for both production and plating
- must be able to work nights and weekends
