Pastry Cooks are integral part of our establishment. Desserts are a big hit amongst our guests and we do our best to provide the absolute best desserts we can make. Recipes such as Banana Pudding, Keylime Pudding, and various other desserts. We seek an individual or individuals that want learn how to make desserts the Desert Oak way.
Duties include
- Preparation and control of all desserts in the restaurant
- Daily stock counts and control of quality of desserts
- Organization of dessert station
- Following of recipes created by the chef de cuisine
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to any situation
- Reliable transportation
- Pastry experience a plus but not needed (We will train you)
