Job description
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers, build rapport, and assist in determining customer needs
- Match customer needs with correct parts/services
- Monitor bins and assist in determining which parts need to be reordered
- Monitor inventory and keep track of what parts need special ordering
- Consistent tracking of parts
- Works with Parts Manager to analyze and resolve inconsistencies between records and inventory
- Identify and recognize the receipt of warranty (used) parts
Requirements:
- Prior parts experience
- General knowledge of automotive systems
- Understanding of safety policies and procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Have a valid Iowa Driver s License and clean driving record with no OWIs within the last 3 years
- Will submit to a drug and background screening
