Absolute Jobs are searching for a Parts Manager for a Heavy Equipment company located in Sarasota, FL.
Job Requirements:
Greet walk-in customers and telephone customers
Help with their Parts inquiries
Research and fill customer parts estimates, requests, and orders
Place daily orders from multiple equipment parts vendors
Receive, pull, and ship parts orders
Communicate with customers about current parts requests and purchases as well as upcoming parts sales or specials
Evaluate and discuss with customers their past & ongoing customer service experience with Equipment
Follow proper cash account procedures
Knowledge in the construction and material handling industry preferred
Proficiency with OEM information systems; proficiency in MS Office applications and business systems
Proactively seeks and participates in available company sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set
Possesses a positive attitude and has the desire to win.
