HireArt is helping Via find a Partner Support Specialist to interact with one of its main customers: its Driver Partners!

In this role, you'll serve as a direct bridge between the company's brand and the people who actually deliver its services. You’ll also be on the ground floor of this exciting service, ensuring that the company's Driver Partners have smooth interactions and experiences.

Our client strives to create effortless experiences for everyone who reaches out to their team, which serves as an advocate for its Driver Partners in an effort to drive changes to the company's overall experience.

We're looking for a candidate who can make customers feel like they are receiving a world-class education on our client's product suite. You'll make them feel supported and loved throughout their correspondences with your team, which brings the voice of the company's brand to its drivers and the voice of its drivers to the broader team.

As a Partner Support Specialist, you will:

  • Serve as the front line, speaking with driver-partners face-to-face, over the phone and through email/SMS to help improve their first experience with the company or manage their accounts.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackling an array of customer issues.
  • Become an expert on our client's services and spread its love everywhere.
  • Deliver above-and-beyond customer service to the company's driver-partners, finding new and interesting ways to make customers smile.
  • Notice even the smallest trends and pain points, then brainstorm ways in which you can create solutions to improve each customer’s experience.
  • Coordinate with management to channel customer feedback to all areas of the business, such as technology, marketing, design, and product teams.

Commitment: This is a part-time position (approximately 30 hours per week) based on-site in Green Bay, WI. A typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 6pm-11pm and 8am-4pm Saturday.
