We’re actively seeking a Partner Success Manager to continuously deliver value to our partners under our Supply Chain & Logistics vertical. An ideal candidate is highly strategic, ambitious, detail oriented, and able to effectively influence both within the organization and with our external partners.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Successfully onboard partners and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to generate adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with partners to execute on partnership goals and KPIs
• Drive escalation of partner issues, coordinate critical resources in the escalation process, and assist with partner issues through resolution
• Ability to manage multiple partnership accounts
• Facilitate frequent touchpoint meetings with partners
• Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to working environments and team priorities
• Collaborate with multiple divisions and functions to coordinate timeline of events and activities
• Display great organization skills and great attention to detail

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of work experience in a client facing role.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Start-up experience preferably in the supply chain and logistics tech space a plus
• Project management experience a plus.

• Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days home.
