Overview


The Partner Growth and Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive growth and expansion for merchant accounts by generating referrals from and for high-potential Agency, Tech, and Platform partners.


This role will ensure that Partner Managers are 1) set up with deliberate merchant-specific intelligence to aid in converting Partner customers into referrals to Rebuy and 2) Rebuy customers are vetted for proper referrals to Partners.


This role will work closely with Partner Managers, Partner Solution Engineer, Merchant Success Managers, and Sales to understand ideal customer profiles, behaviors that drive merchant success, best practices for implementing Rebuy, and joint use cases with our partners.


In addition, this role is responsible for onboarding Scale Agency (long-tail) partners to be positioned for success.


What you’ll do

  • Segment overlapping customer lists
  • Develop recommendations for how partner clients should implement Rebuy
  • Visually communicate these recommendations with clear value to the partner and merchant
  • Collaborate with Rebuy MSM team to identify Rebuy customers who can be referred to Partners
  • When relevant, support outbounding to merchants with and independent of partners (the Rebuy Outbound team often leading)

Required experience and mindset

  • Hitting targets in an eComm or Tech BDR role
  • A strong understanding of value selling

  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft) is a plus
