Shipt's CPG offering is growing within the organization and we are searching for the next Partner Brand Success Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will support the Partner Brand Success (PBS) team in their management of key relationships with Brands & Manufacturers day-to-day.
The PBS Coordinator aids the PBS team in the operational management of multi-channel scopes of work, end-to-end campaign execution, post-campaign reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive results and partnership growth.
An ideal PBS Coordinator has an eye for detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a knack for creative problem-solving and data storytelling.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the PBS team in building and nurturing a strong and strategic partnership with established and emerging CPGs through operational task execution and proactive solutioning.
  • Manage staging, launch, and monitoring of partner campaigns - covering promotional and retail media tactics. Aid in troubleshooting, as necessary.
  • Draft post-campaign wrap up reports which highlight key metrics, takeaways, and optimization recommendations for future campaign delivery and incremental growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally across internal teams to maximize partner growth across Shipt.
  • As opportunities arise, take the lead on special tasks and/or projects and serve as team liaison; reporting on project progress to the PBS team.
  • Aid in the preparation of strategic partner meetings.
  • Be a problem-solver, proactively identifying roadblocks and collaborating on solutions.
  • Ability to flex into owning day-to-day lower tiered partner relationships.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates experience in an extremely detail-oriented role with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and creative problem solving abilities
  • Previous experience reviewing data and drawing conclusions
  • Prioritization skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
Nice to Haves
  • Strongly prefer candidates with experience in project/relationship management at an agency or in-house - particularly in retail media and digital media
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to create and define new processes
  • Experience in the CPG space preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Wrike, and Slack
