At Soccer Shots, you will coach an enrichment class with 2-8 year old's using a soccer based curriculum that is specifically designed for each age group. We have a ton of fun while teaching soccer and providing a remarkable experience for our kids, families and staff. If that sounds awesome to you, keep reading! What you need: Soccer Shots coaches must love kids! It helps if you have a soccer background, but not required. We can teach you the soccer skills needed to follow our curriculum. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check is a minimum requirement. Due to the nature of our programs you will need to transport your equipment to the locations we play at, therefore reliable transportation is a must.
What you get: - Competitive compensation starting at $18 an hour with potential for seasonal raises up to $30/hour- Consistent scheduling during 10wk season
What to expect:
After you complete an application, our recruiting coordinator will review and assess for overall fit and alignment with our open positions and send a brief assessment via email. Once completed, we will look to schedule a phone screen interview. Candidates that continue in our hiring process will be invited to a field interview with a class of kiddos and one of our Captains. After that we will complete any additional background information gathering needed, understand more about your schedule availability and make a job offer. Our hiring process takes 3-4 weeks during the season. Please be patient with us! We are a small company wearing many hats.
