Tommy’s Express Car Wash of El Paso is looking for positive and high energy team players to join our team ASAP. Are you a customer service superstar? Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Technical Certifications a plus
• Bilingual

• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Weekend availability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing and handling payments for washes at point of sale
• Follow Tommy’s script at window to promote club memberships and upsell wash packages
• Assisting guests with setting up, maintaining, and all aspects of their membership
• Full knowledge of all Tommy’s offerings and wash package features and upselling membership and wash packages
• Performing hourly walk throughs and reporting and working with leadership to immediately fix any issues observed
• Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks as assigned
• Following all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists
• Adhering to all safety guidelines
• Cross training in all positions (flight deck 1, flight deck 2, wash tech, loader and vacuum concierge – see below for individual position duties) and alternating working in all positions as assigned.
