Currently looking for help 10am- 3pm. Perfect for mothers or people who would like quick day shift to compliment their other job.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking to build a strong team of warm and friendly crew members with the backing of our leadership team; who will do so while offering a happy and pleasant experience to customers by creating the perfect sub with a smile. Basic Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Work well with a team of crew members
• Capability to learn skills quickly
• Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
• Food service experience is a plus (although not required)
• Has the ability to lead
• Thrive in the Jersey Mike’s process

Keep in Mind our Leaders also need to:

• Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect the brand.
• Supervise and direct employees customarily and regularly during work hours.
• Work independently and use own discretion and judgment in executing duties and responsibilities.
• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to motivate and improve all employees.
• Evaluate employees’ performance and hold employees accountable for meeting performance standards.
• Make employment decisions regarding: hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, compensation.
• Analyze business performance, monitor controllable costs, and initiate appropriate actions when necessary.
• Utilize labor effectively while ensuring our highest standards of quality.
• Ensure business and personnel practices are conducted according to state and federal laws and consistent with Jersey Mike’s policies and procedures.
• Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of customer and Environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
