In addition to our reverse logistics services, we are a leader in the electronics ecommerce space and offer our proprietary end-to-end marketplace management and reverse logistics software solutions to retailers nationwide. While headquartered in Woodinville, Washington, we also have facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana and Phoenix, Arizona.

Position Description:

We are currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to work from our Woodinville/Maltby area facility. Our Customer Service Associates are responsible for reviewing and resolving customer inquiries which are communicated via email. All interactions with customers are strictly online, via email as we have no in person customers.

This is a part time, in-person position. Our ideal candidate will be able to work between 25 and 30 hours per week. Two to four weeks of training between the hours of 8:00 am and 1:00 pm Monday through Friday will be necessary for the proper onboarding/training process. After the training period is complete, the work hours are negotiable, as long as they are between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers to provide support and information on products and services.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer concerns. Actions may include answering basic product questions, responding to complaints about items received, sending replacement items, or issuing refunds.
  • Manages a high volume of customer emails quickly and adequately.
  • Makes appropriate level judgement calls on issues with customers.
  • Performs data entry.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and implementing the change.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of call center, high volume procurement, or similar environment.
  • Advanced computer skills required in addition to the ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • The ability to actively listen and guide conversations to get the information that is required is a must.
  • Service-oriented and ability to resolve customer grievances.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Self-determined schedule
