The Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist will help in creating a best-in-class experience for all customer and team members calling in to the Home Office. This role will demonstrate customer service skills in every interaction via phone or in person, will assist with first introductions and impressions of the Corporate Office, and will perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION DUTIES AND OBJECTIVES

• Answering incoming calls to the switchboard in a pleasant and timely manner and transferring those calls to the appropriate extensions
• Providing the highest customer service continuously on the phone and in person
• Greets, assists, and directs all guests, helping with proper scheduling
• Maintains a clean and orderly front lobby for all guests
• Other projects and duties, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a related field, preferred

• Excellent telephone and communication skills with a professional and pleasant phone presence

• The ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of calls per day while maintaining a pleasant attitude

• Must be prompt and dependable

• Ability to work under pressure and be a team player

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
