Position Overview:

RCB Technology Services is looking for an energetic individual who loves working with technology to assist our students, staff, and faculty with technical support at the Buckhead Center location. This is an entry-level position, tier-1 tech support in an office/classroom setting.

Duties & General Responsibilities include:

· Provide basic technical support to students, staff, and faculty

· Set up classroom technology for classes and events

· Assist customers who need help connecting to our Wi-Fi networks

· Assist students who need help printing from our network printing stations

· Assist students, staff, and faculty in resetting their credentials

· Diagnose and resolve basic computer and network issues

· Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

· Answer Help Desk calls

Requirements:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Must be able to work 20-35 hours a week

· Must be able to work evening shift (3:00 pm – 10:00 pm)

· Must be able to work some Saturdays

· Possess problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· Knowledge or experience with computers and basic networks connectivity

· Ability to follow directions and solve basic technology-related issues

· Ability to listen attentively and speak clearly with customers

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Must enjoy technology and possess a willingness to learn

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
