Part-time Caregiver Position in Janesville, WI

Seeking a mature caregiver, preferably with healthcare experience, to assist gentleman to live independently in his own home. Training provided on-site!!

Shifts that may need coverage are:

Monday-Sunday (7 days a week): 9am - 12pm

***Willing to consider applicants available for a couple days of the week***

JOB DUTIES:

• Providing the following personal cares: toileting, showering, getting dressed, daily range of motion exercises, assisted transfers (experience with a HOYER), beard trimming, nail hygiene, colostomy bag changes
• Light housekeeping, dusting, bathroom, vacuuming, laundry, taking out garbage
• Meal prep includes cooking and preparing basic meals and food
• Community intergration, grocery shopping, errands (handicap vehicle provided)!
• NO snow removal or lawn care!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Caregiver needs to be fully reliable, dependable, trainable, have a proven track record in employment
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred, caregiver background required and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to work on a team, as this is a DUAL caregiver position.

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
