What You’ll Do: Enterprise Bank has an exciting opportunity in our Call Center department. We are looking for a Part Time Call Center Specialist to join our team! Working in a bank call center environment, the Part Time Call Center Specialist is responsible for developing banking relationships by providing exceptional service via telephone, email and livechat. This person is required to retain and support the growth of profitable relationships by effectively managing relationships with existing customers through knowledge of Enterprise Banks procedural resources, products, services and technical intelligence. Each specialist works to effectively troubleshoot and assist customers and help navigate through various self-service online and mobile applications. Responsibilities include servicing customer calls and requests, responding to customer live chats, handling travel notifications and various debit/ATM card related questions, maintaining escrow accounts, performing fund transfers, calculating interest, researching, maintaining, and providing support with all Retail and Business digital products and services.

Hours:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Thursday 9:00am - 2:30pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm

This position can be worked remotely, hybrid or onsite at 18 Palmer Street in Lowell, MA. Candidates from MA, NH, and ME only.

Requirements: Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school and one to two years of experience in a banking environment or Call Center or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluency in multiple languages a plus.
