Large healthcare services company looking for employees to help assist customers of all types! This is a fast paced, call-center environment, high phone volume and data entry.
Job Description:
- Answering phone calls for assigned clinics
- Operating call-center telephone platforms
- Transferring calls to appropriate clinical staff
- Completing accurate patient scheduling for multiple medical groups
- Researching patient requests and assisting them as needed
Requirements:
- HS Dip/GED; 1+ year call center experience; Strong data entry skills & proficient PC skills; complete all prescreening (national background check & 5-panel drug screen)
