Job Description

We are looking for the BEST of the BEST to join our Elite Team at MR. FIX-IT, a leader in the multi-billion-dollar home improvement industry for over 52 years. We are growing and we need people who are looking to grow with us. The ideal candidate will possess the drive to succeed in a fast paced call center environment. Call center agents will make outbound calls and take inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed an interest in one of our home improvement services.

• Call Center Representatives earn $12/hour, this is an Hourly Base plus performance incentive.
• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company provided script and proven methodology.
• Actively make outbound phone calls to sell the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Project Specialist.
• Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Meet regularly with coaches and direct supervisors to provide and receive feedback on job performance.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled.
• Inside sales and/or call center experience preferred
• Superior phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
