Growing landscaping company in the Cincinnati/Paddock Rd. area looking for a Part-Time Branch Administrative Assistant - earn up to $23/hr, 20-25 hrs per week! WEEKLY PAY!

GroundsPRO, LLC 's Part-time Branch Administrative Assistant is involved with every aspect of the success of the Branch and supports branch operations by efficiently and effectively handling the administrative functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Administration/Human Resources

  • Onboard new employees as necessary
  • Prepare and maintain new hire and re-hire packets
  • Maintain DOT Driver files and tracking spreadsheet, including running Motor Vehicle Records and coordinating pre-employment drug screens/DOT physicals
  • Coordinate uniform ordering, distribution and returns
  • Ownership of unpaid attendance tracking and employee information sheet
  • Organize and maintain files including personnel, medical, I-9’s, job and customer files
  • Maintain Incident Reporting information timely and accurately
  • Serve as point of contact for personnel needs with the Branch Manager and Production Managers
  • Run reports as directed by Branch team members
  • Attend Weekly Production Meetings as needed
  • Maintain Emergency Contact log
  • Order supplies
  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Accounting

  • Review invoices in Landscape Management System (Aspire), batch and notify A/R once complete
  • Maintain subcontractor agreements, W-9’s and COI’s
  • Process AMEX receipts
  • Assisting branch with Purchase Orders and the A/P process
  • Periodic communication with customers

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency
  • 2 or more years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Positive demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, initiative and able to work as a team
  • Effective communication, written and grammar skills, emphasizing attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fluid and ever-changing business environment

Preferred:

  • Bi-lingual Spanish a STRONG plus
  • Experience in HR and accounting a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Office environment with exposure to computer screens
  • Some travel to other branches may be necessary.
  • Duties require maintaining physical condition necessary for standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time.

Work Location – One Location

Days – Monday through Friday in the mornings, 20-25 hours per week
