The Medfield Afterschool Program (MAP) is seeking ENERGETIC & CREATIVE PEOPLE to enrich the lives of children in our quality School Age Program.
Positions Currently Available:
- Kindergarten & 1st Grade Team Teacher
- 2nd & 3rd Grade Team Teacher
- 4th - 6th Grade Team Teacher
PART TIME After School Team Teacher– 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 2:00 to 6:00 (with some flexibility).
All educators will have opportunities for extra hours on early release days, non-school days, vacation weeks, monthly staff meetings, etc…
MAP is interested in hiring individuals who:
- Enjoy planning enriching activities & clubs, running & participating in both competitive and non-competitive games in the gym, guiding and coaching children in age appropriate ways, and especially being actively involved & having fun with children
- Are flexible & have a positive attitude
- Work well on a team
- Have something to share that will enrich the programming and the experiences we offer
- No teaching experience is necessary, but a background or a degree in the area(s) of Early Childhood or Elementary Education, Music, Drama, Art, Science, History, Recreation, Coaching, Tutoring, or Summer Camp are a plus! (Teaching degree is not required)
