Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Fayetteville

We are a small property management company looking for a dynamic and outgoing professional to join our team as a Part-time Administrative Assistant for additional income in Fayetteville, NC. Most work could be done remotely however this person needs to be in Fayetteville to do some certain tasks such as walkthroughs/showings as needed. This enthusiastic candidate’s main responsibilities are to manage all day to day operations including hiring, leasing, showing, scheduling and coordinating repair requests, move-in/out walkthroughs, eviction filing and court process, … The best candidate for this role is somebody who is already working in similar capacity (ideally in property management) and has availability for additional workload and knows maintenance technicians/handyman and finally needs additional income. The Administrative Assistant is a high-energy, multitasker who is able to prioritize, trustworthy, dependable, and reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline-driven. Candidates should have a very good sense of how to schedule maintenance repairs most economically/timely.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operations such as hiring, leasing, showing, scheduling and coordinating repair requests, move-in/out walkthroughs, eviction filing and court process, …
• Be available on the smartphone during the day/weekend and overnight for emergencies
• Keep track of repair requests and respond timely manner
• Coordination and communications with tenants and technicians
• Comfortable with Google Workspace products such as Docs, Gmail, Meet, Chat, Voice, …
