Job Duties/Descriptions:

  • Primary responsibilities will be back office clerical related work
  • Scanning/reviewing legal documents
  • Assisting with shipping mailings/documents through FedEx
  • Data entry/clerical work of legal documents
  • Assist client service reps with various clerical duties
  • Proofreading/attention to detail is important
  • Other administrative tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of office clerical experience
  • Previous document scanning experience is strongly preferred

We are looking for someone that is self-directed, reliable, and enjoys a variety of clerical tasks.

Schudule: PT (Mon, Wed and Thurs: 10am-2pm).

100% in office. $16-18/hr.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
