The Parking Services Supervisor is a highly committed member of Soda's management team who is capable of leading and inspiring employees in the day to day accomplishments of department, resort, and company objectives.

• Provide friendly welcoming attitudes and behaviors as they execute their responsibilities.
• Be accountable for all activities, programs, policies and employee performance, which takes place within the department.
• Provides leadership to department staff and is responsible for the smooth and efficient performance of the department
• Create and maintain an effective team dedicated to overall guest, employee, and management satisfaction. Safety awareness, training, and enforcement at all times is a top priority.
• Affect the first and last impression as well as the experience, safety and satisfaction of every single guest that visits Soda Springs Resort.
• Directly lead the Parking Services staff in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment as well as ensuring that all levels of customer service and proper operation according to established norms as well as newly established procedures are met.
• Provide leadership and support for all parking services staff with information, guidance, supervision, customer services, supplies and staff resources. To do this, you will be continually finding areas of improvement and methods to do so.
