We are looking for a part time employee who would work 1-2 hours in the morning. This is an onsite position, candidate will be asked to survey a parking lot in San Francisco to ensure all vehicles in the lot have paid for parking that day. Semi flexible schedule. The parking enforcement officer should be able to pay attention to detail in order to properly monitor parking areas.
The parking enforcement officer will need observation skills to recognize vehicles that have been parked beyond allotted and paid times.
The parking enforcement officer should be physically fit in order to stand and walk for extended periods will issuing non-compliant vehicles citations, in different weather conditions.
The parking enforcement officer will use technology (smartphone, tablet, computer, belt-mounted printer, etc.) to issue citations to vehicles parked in violation of City of Hope policies.
Ensure positive experiences for all Property Tenants patients and visitors.
Ensure work area is maintained to Douglas Parking/City of Hope standards.
Responsible for assisting Hospital Management and security when required, direct traffic within the campus including providing direction to patients, visitors, staff and others .
