Position Details
Provide quality group facilitation and coordination that supports the overall wellbeing of parents and families. Responsibilities include group facilitation of evidence-based parent education classes, referral / intake coordination and participant data collection. Some programing is specific to Dads / the male perspective. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, success and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position / organization.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in social work or human service related field- Monday, Wednesday, Friday and some evening availability required (approx 40 hrs / week)
- Prior group facilitation
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
