Acuity Behavior Solutions is a mission-driven organization. We serve children with autism in their homes, providing Applied Behavior Analysis. We’re growing and are looking for a positive, professional Behavior Interventionist!

What You'll Do

· Manage cases

· Ensure quality of behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs

· Supervise, train, and provide constructive feedback to Behavior Interventionists, as well as Program Managers

· Provide parent consultation

· Report writing

· Analyze data and make program changes to ensure success

· Collaborate with other service providers

What You'll Need

· Availability to work at least 3 of the afternoons Monday - Friday and/or on the weekends.

· Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.

· Previous experience as a Behavior Therapist/Paraprofessional

· We are seeking people who love what they do and are highly responsible and reliable.

· This job requires: bending, standing up, manual dexterity to hand-write notes, running, lifting, and ability to work with young children.

· Ability to pass a background check - criminal background check will be conducted

· Ability to learn quickly - training will be provided

· Driver's license & valid auto insurance is required
