We are seeking a Paralegal Assistant with experience in personal injury civil litigation. This person will perform various tasks to assist the assigned paralegal and attorney with case management. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, organized, professional with strong communication skills and the ability to multi task. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

· Open case files and assit in the intial case investigation.

· Request mediacl records, investigative reports and wage loss information.

· Scan and import mail, e-mails, and faxes.

· Prepare, track and update medical bill files.

· Keep all logs/indexes (medical record, expert, etc.) current and up to date as all requests go out and/or come in.

· Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily.

· Must be able to prioritize multiple cases within a fast-paced work environment.

· You must be organized

The position of Paralegal Assistant is a full-time position with competitive benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
