Maharaja's Fine Jewelry is a family owned business that has been serving Bay County, FL and surrounding areas for over 45 years. Our Business is growing and therefore so is our team! We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who is specialized in the Pandora brand to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have an excellent shopping experience
• Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers interested in Pandora products, including bracelets, charms, earrings, and other jewelry items
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting Pandora products and upselling to customers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, including processing payments and handling returns and exchanges
• Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and well-stocked
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and product knowledge to effectively sell the Pandora brand
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge of the Pandora brand
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase repeat business and drive customer loyalty

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with the Pandora brand and its products
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
