QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have previous INDUSTRIAL painting experience.
- Must be proactive and a self-starter.
- Must have good attendance.
- Must have a good attitude.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must work well with others.
DUTIES:
- Adhere to all company safety requirements including being cleanly shaven for a proper fit of the respirator.
- Prepare metal for painting which includes: cleaning grease and dirt from the product, removing all welding berries, filling cavities and dents, sanding, and applying the mask, paper, and other media to parts not being coated.
- Have knowledge of mixing and applying paint.
- Use the correct paint equipment and settings.
- Perform daily maintenance routines on paint equipment and booth.
- Perform quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Paint test will determine Paint Class and wage; $17 - $21 on average.
2nd shift: 2 pm - 10 pm, training on 1st shift may be required. $2 shift bonus after 90 days.
This is a solid, long-term opportunity with room for advancement and full benefits after 90 days!
