Responsible for defining and executing the Paid Social Strategy focusing on the US market.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• P&L responsibility for Paid Social taking direct accountability for performance against the CPA, revenue and ROI targets
• Owning the Paid Social activity in the US markets, validating new opportunities to drive growth
• Managing large budgets across Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter.
• Reporting campaign performance and ROI in line with channel goals and KPIs. Create and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analyses.
• Running regular A/B tests, testing ad sets & creative with regular updates on performance
• Cross department collaboration with the retention, creative, content marketing & brand teams
• Analyzing past trends with the aim of outlining quick wins
• Management of audience creation/segmentation & optimizing performance & creative across different audiences
• Providing regular data analysis to assist with optimization
• Will manage and mentor new, junior members of the team

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years’ experience with paid user acquisition at scale on multiple channels
• Ample knowledge about the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market
• Direct hands-on experience with paid social platforms including Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter, as well as app tracking solutions. (Appsflyer, Adjust)
• Experience in both strategic planning and operational execution/optimization
• Demonstrable track record of building profitable Paid Social campaigns
• Demonstrable experience of budget management to influence business decisions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to granularly analyze complex data and make clear strategic recommendations
• Experience of presenting and communicating to, networking and management of, multiple stakeholders across multiple levels, both internally and with core suppliers
• Experience working to set CPA, revenue, and ROI targets

It would be a bonus if you also have:

• Great understanding of the sports media landscape
• Experience working in the app marketing space
• Experience in managing junior staff
• Experience with FMPs (Smartly or similar platform)
• Good understanding of Tableau
• Experience with DMPs and 3rd party segments is a plus
