JOB SUMMARY

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

You will be responsible for managing an 8+ figure ad spend and driving performance. We’ve used outside agencies and our explosive growth has reached a point where it’s time to ramp up. You’ll be part of the first round dedicated to paid advertising and responsible for owning large-scale strategies and end results, executing towards predetermined KPIs, etc. Although we’ve been heavily leveraging paid ads for years, you’ll be part of the first step towards a dedicated in-house team. In this role you would help shape how we build and grow this team and dominate the competition.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Develop and implement paid search and shopping strategies that align with business objectives, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and drive revenue growth
  • Optimize product feeds to ensure that Google Merchant Center best practices are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that improve our product feeds and maximize our campaign results
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets
  • Conduct A/B testing, implement new strategies, and provide recommendations based on data insights
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to the team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Search and Shopping
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience managing campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the field
  • Strong presence to present persuasive recommendations to leadership as well as key external stakeholders, including ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to leadership that highlights a clear decision framework based on analysis and experience
  • Openness to receiving coaching and adapting your approach
  • Eagerness to try new things and be the best you can be
  • Organized, strong time management skills, and a self-starting personality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to self-manage, with experience working remotely

  • To consistently meet monthly deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in monthly reviews or through other project planning efforts
  • To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner. Adherence to any related budget expenses
  • Adherence to/achievement of benefits described in project business case (cost/benefit) analyses

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • BS or equivalent degree or experience in a business or technology related discipline such eCommerce, Computer Science or Management of Information Systems or comparable work experience.
  • Paid Advertising: 4+ years (Required)
  • eCommerce / Digital Marketing: 2+ years (Required)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Continuous sitting and typing for extended periods.
  • Occasional, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
  • Lifting requirements include occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY

  • Probationary Review – A written evaluation of the employee’s performance will be issued to determine permanent placement in this position. This is typically done approximately 80 days after placement.
  • Monthly Evaluations – A monthly written assessment will be issued which briefly describes the individual’s performance in this position.
  • Annual Reviews – A more detailed review of the overall performance in this position, where the employee is rated and typically compensated in accordance with that rate.
