About the Role:
Oxford's Digital Marketing Center of Excellence provides dedicated “in-house” digital expertise to drive growth of our emerging brands including Southern Tide, The Beaufort Bonnet Company and Duck Head. This center of excellence delivers critical functions to 1) build demand through media activation and monitoring performance, 2) drive conversion through website design and best in class experiences and 3) grow the lifetime value of customers by understanding relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business outcomes. Customer insights and analytics functions along with enhanced creative production capabilities support growth activation and drive revenue and the success of this team. As a part of Oxford's continued growth plan, this marketing accelerator provides guidance to our emerging brand’s marketing teams, that define the overall brand marketing strategy, to bring those ideas to life and ensure quality execution.

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for developing targeting recommendations, launching campaigns on various social media & search platforms, reporting on campaign metrics, and providing actionable recommendations for improving performance on an ongoing basis. This position owns the execution of paid social media & search campaigns in addition to budget management, creative management, and reporting.

While we have a fantastic headquarters office located in Midtown Atlanta, Oxford's corporate team operates with "remote first" approach.
  • Work with Analytics Specialists to analyze data to optimize campaign performance daily, build robust Key Performance Indicator dashboards, and synthesize insights
  • Contribute to experiment design (e.g. A/B test) to find "winning" tactics and build playbook as part of test-and-learn process
  • Take an active role in developing paid social & search strategies for Oxford and its business units that support their overall digital marketing program
  • Create, implement, optimize, and manage Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, & other campaigns. Execute the ad build process per promotional calendar.
  • Manage campaigns directly from ad platform. Manage bids, frequency, win rates, and adjust delivery to meet pacing goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
  • Differentiate KPIs based on client goals

Who we would like to meet:
  • Bachelor's in marketing, business, communications, or related degree
  • Generally, 2+ year of relevant experience; in paid social media or paid search marketing
  • BA/BS degree required; Marketing preferred
  • Expertise in ad content management on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, etc.
