Paid Media Ad Operations Manager

We are looking for a Paid Media Ad Operations Manager who will be responsible for media campaign trafficking deliverables, multi-tasking to complete day-to-day assignments, and assisting with compiling data for monthly client facing reports. This role requires a team player, analytical, and well versed in program and trafficking knowledge. Reporting jointly to the Media Account Supervisor and the Director of Media Strategy, the Paid Media Ad Operations Manager is a full-time non-exempt position that is based in New York City.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead management of trafficking deliverables (floodlights/campaign goals, creative materials, landing pages, pixels, tag wrapping, etc.) for assigned client accounts.
  • Put all new creative/tags in a test environment for thorough QA
  • Collaborate with Media Planner and Director on each assigned client account to organize and execute successful campaigns based on client KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Client Services members to manage creative deliverables and goals for each campaign.
  • Collaborate with media vendors to confirm receipt of deliverables needed to launch campaigns for assigned client accounts as well as monitoring campaign performance and optimizations where needed.
  • Serve as liaison between Client Services, Media Department, and Media Vendors to ensure successful campaign operations.
  • Lead in completion of data for monthly reporting (and any other report requests from client/account team) for assigned client accounts and managing media budgets to make sure campaigns deliver in full.
  • Manage new launches and works with media vendors to make sure all elements of campaigns are running as contracted
  • Review and approve tracking applied to campaigns when necessary
  • Troubleshoot any tracking issues that come up before or during launch of a campaign
  • Perform other duties as assigned


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an office environment
  • 2+ years’ media/agency experience
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager 360 ad server
  • General understanding of customer service and client management
  • Able to multitask and perform efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines
  • Comprehensive understanding media planning terminology/acronyms
  • Working knowledge of running a campaign start to finish, importance of establishing KPI’s and working within a budget
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional office environment
  • Travel/tourism & Theatrical industry experience a plus


WHAT WE OFFER:

  • A competitive salary between $50,000 - $57,000, commensurate with experience
