If so, Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. is hiring a PACKAGING OPERATOR responsible for supervising process equipment, ensuring daily and weekly tasks are being completed timely, and basic troubleshooting techniques.

You'll be cross trained in areas of packaging, sanitation, quality, and maintenance.

• Hourly rates starting at $20.00 (shift differential for nights)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Optimally communicate job knowledge and process changes via various forms of daily communication (shift handover meeting, daily production meetings, email, action logs, work orders, etc).
• Perform quality inspection of product using basic lab equipment and SOPs as a guide.
• Complete and maintain written documentation certifying completion of inventory checks, quality inspections, sanitation requirements, batch and blending production following SOP’s, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain sanitation and lubrication of machinery, equipment, storage bins, workstations, etc.
• Report safety and/or equipment issues to leadership.

Qualified candidates will have:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated experience using computers and software skills such as MS office.
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
• Shift work including days, evenings, overnight shifts, and up to 12 hrs.
• Overtime including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/move up to 8-12 hours per day.
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs throughout shift.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including (but not limited to) bump cap, safety steel toe shoes and safety glasses.
• Must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position within the state of Arizona.

Pay starts at $18.00-20.00
