Position Details:
Position Type: Full Time, long term opportunity
Title: Packaging/Fluids Membrane
Location: Hemlock, MI
Compensation: $18.00/Hour
Benefits: Eligible for complete benefits package after 60 days. Paid time off, paid holidays and health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Life Insurance
Job consists of 3 shifts:
Individuals will work each shift for 2 weeks and rotate on a 2 week basis.
This schedule is a 5 day, 40 hours a week position. No weekends.
6:00a.m.-2:00p.m., 2:00p.m.-10:00p.m., 10:00p.m.-6:00a.m.
Training for the position will be provided on site once applicant is selected and will be a minimum of 3 weeks within a continuous process. New member integration orientation will also be required and is a 3-day process.
Duties:
- Ability to take various reading throughout production and read a ruler
- Ability to change filters and drums when needed.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with the process
- Ability to use hand tools and carts
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence required
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
- Assist with flammable pour downs
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ years of experience
