Are you a compassionate individual who enjoys working nights? Unity House of Troy is currently hiring for a full-time, Overnight Counselor for our 8th Street location.

Position may be eligible for sign on bonus!

Responsibilities:

Providing single staff coverage in a residential setting, overnight shift.

Ensure satisfactory functioning of the facility.

Light lifting and cleaning.

Evening safety routines.

Supportive counseling, crisis intervention/emergency service coordination to program consumers.

Medication supervision.

Promote a culture on inclusion and diversity.

Requirements:

High school diploma/ GED, prior experience in a similar setting. Reliable transportation. Valid New York State driver license and acceptable driving record in accordance with our company's liability insurance. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
