Industrial bakery located in Canarsie, Brooklyn isseeking an experienced oven operator. An oven operatorsupervises the baking process during food production in commercial bakeries or factories. As part of your duties, you are responsible for set up, monitoring, and adjusting oven temperature and time controls. You examine the products during and after baking to ensure product quality. You will be responsible for loading and unloading the ovens. Continuous upper body movement and repetitive hand motions will be requiredfor this position. Must be able to work in extreme hot conditions, stand for at least 8 hours a day, do overtime, carry, push, pull, and lift comfortably 50lbs.Facility Location: Canarsie Brooklyn
Total weekly hours: 40+ (overtime)
Availability Required: FULL AVAILABILITY (Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Nights)
Environment: Extreme temperatures (hot/cold), handling food
