Position Summary: Our Outside Sales Representatives sell security systems to new and existing customers through both self-generated and company provided leads. Ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

• Generate leads for new sales.
• Outside Sales Reps meet with existing and prospective customers to sell new systems and system upgrades.
• Process all appropriate documentation.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Generate proposals.
• All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years’ experience in outside sales preferred.
• Effective outside sales, customer service, and communication skills required.
• Base knowledge of security systems preferred.
• Must be self-starter and have excellent follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of the Watertown area preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay and Benefits

Doyle Security Systems, Inc. offers a base salary with an excellent commission plan plus full benefits package including health/dental, paid time off, disability and life insurances and a company matched 401k.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
