Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

What YOU will do:
- Deliver a great client experience by educated them on way we can improve the health, safety and comfort of their home environment
- Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
- Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
- Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
- Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
What YOU will bring:
- HVAC experience is not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug and background check
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Project Consultant/outside sales position is a dynamic sales position focused on in-home sales of heating and cooling equipment, electrical projects, and plumbing projects. Sales leads will come from a mix of our outbound marketing efforts, and technician generated leads; this is not a cold-calling position, though occasional outbound calls will be made, as required by Head of Project Management. The outside sales person is responsible for handling their clients from the start of the process, through installation, and for maintaining contact between the client and the organization for the entire process. Experience in the trades is not necessary for success in this role. We will provide industry training.
