Job Description

Looking for an enthusiastic teammate for our rapidly growing sales department. This position offers exposure to a dynamic industry with strong opportunities and an excellent learning experience. We are seeking a project oriented and technical individual to expand our reach in the Houses of Worship market. The Sales Associate would be responsible for selling system upgrades and AV support packages for our innovative and rapidly growing company. The position is open to entry level sales personnel as well as seasoned professionals. Job Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of our products & services.
• Sales Consultant for Houses of Worship markets
• Will be trained on all aspects of the job and his/her market concentration. Will then be responsible for developing new accounts and managing those relationships.
• Work with sales and marketing team to develop strategic plans and accomplish goals.
• Schedule and travel to client's offices to conduct meetings.
• Research/generate new client leads and increase client base through active sales.
• Represent the company with a professional demeanor and appearance.

Required Skills and Background

• Positive attitude and detail orientated
• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid NJ Driver's License

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years sales experience
• Knowledge/sales experience in Houses of Worship preferred
• Presentation, public speaking and closing skills
• Knowledge of the audio visual market and products is helpful

Additional information

Base Salary plus commission and expenses reimbursed
