Description of Duties: Outbound Call Sales and Scheduling Service Appointments

· Talking to customers and prospects on the phone.

· Replying to emails, writing up estimates

· Monitoring and transferring office calls and emails.

• You will be on the phone calling open estimates, customers due for service, aging customers, postcard lists, etc.
• PC and Windows computer literate.

Skills and Requirements:

• Typing speed at 65 words per minute.
• Must be able to work and connect with people effectively to ensure an excellent customer experience.

· Must reside within 30 mins of our Winder location (735A Tucker Rd).

· Learn and utilize company specific software.

What this is NOT: You are not confined to a small cubicle with 50 other people. You are not under hourly pressure to produce unreasonable results. You are not stuck in a high pressure sales environment with a sales manager constantly on your case. No, this is relaxed, fun, while working toward reasonable targets and objectives.

Work with the team: You stay in contact with your manager and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the prospect and serving the customer.

Develop your expertise: You’re making lots of phone calls, replying to emails, writing up estimates, customer interaction, knowing that you’re adding a positive experience to our customers lives through the services we offer. Over time, you gain a growing expertise in job scheduling, and company software, while ultimately learning all the services we offer.

Become a trusted professional: You keep your desk neat, clean, and organized so everything’s handy and ready for use. You are VERY detail oriented. You’ll learn to use our software, handle money, understand job-scopes, and estimating too, because you’ll know that this keeps everyone informed – from the customer to the Service Experts to the team here at the office. You dress in business casual, and have the ability to pass a drug and background check.

Compensation: You will start as a professional outbounder with the goal of becoming a team leader (completely optional), and possibly office admin. Once a team leader, you will be trained to manage your team. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay. Base pay is $14 per hour, but expect to average $17.00 per hour with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives programs! Bring you’re A-Game, optimize your role and go to $20 per hour. First raise in 60 days!

Job Requirements:

You love to learn:You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You have real experience in outbound calling. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone – from the customer to the team to yourself. You eagerly complete your training requirements and ask, “What’s next?” You’ll learn our culture, office routines, customer interaction, how to up-sell, and get an overview of our entire system and processes.

You’re a phone-savvy people person: You love the challenge you’re posed with and the adventure of doing a job well done. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a homeowner and professionally educating them in what their options are. Service recommendations, technical information, cleaning agents? No problem.

You’re ready to work:8am to 5pm (full-time). Permanent. This is a W-2 position. You have a driver’s license, reliable transportation, a ready-to-work attitude, and no problem facing the adventures of the day – dialing for dollars and turning another prospect into a happy customer.

You’re a professional: Learning every aspect of the job. You look, speak, and dress like a professional. You keep your work area clean and orderly. You are focused and clear-headed. You don’t let mistakes slide by. You are level-headed and optimistic. You handle accounts very carefully. You produce more than expected.
